Space War - Cars Edition

Based on the game Space War, but with a car battling a truck in a demolition derby arena.  Player 1 controls the car, uses WASD to move and F to shoot.  Player 2 controls the truck, uses arrow keys to move and / to shoot.  Last vehicle standing wins!
